Rain rain rain, it’s like a tropical rainforest without the trees and the heat! At last today some sunshine and this makes everyone feel better, I have noticed that generally people seem to go into hibernation in the rainy weather, they don’t feel good, don’t want treatment, they just feel miserable. Some years ago I chanced upon a “lightbox” which changed my working life; effectively, it is an overhead light that is stacked full of colour-matched striplights. These are rather like the treatment boxes for SAD disease, the great thing for me is that I have no shadows when I’m working and I can match shades in the knowledge that the colours will be perfect, and I don’t care about rain!
